cTo foster a positive cycle of mutual support and learning among parents through the activities of responsible parent supporters, promoting a deeper appreciation and engagement with the kindergarten.
Ⅱ. Operating Principles
aCooperation and Respect
The program is based on mutual cooperation and respect between the kindergarten, parent supporters, and all parents.
bParent supporters carry out their assigned roles and activities with a strong sense of responsibility and sincerity, while the kindergarten actively supports their participation.
cParticipants understand and respect the philosophy and values of the IB programme, and engage in activities that reflect these principles.
dThe program promotes continuous and open communication between the kindergarten and the parent supporters, as well as between supporters and other parents.
eThrough their involvement, parent supporters contribute to a positive and constructive atmosphere throughout the kindergarten community.
Ⅲ. Expected Outcomes
aStrengthening Parental Competence Parents will develop greater expertise in child-rearing and education, while deepening their understanding of the IB programme. This will help strengthen the connection between home and school learning.

Through the parent supporter group, communication between the kindergarten and parents will become more active, fostering mutual trust.
